Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operative for our EMEA Distribution Centre. As a valued member of the team responsibilities include picking, assembling, packing, and shipping of product orders, ensuring agreed service levels are always exceeded day in and day out for all customers across the EMEA region.



Main Accountabilities

  • To pick, pack and ship customer orders within agreed service levels.
  • To ensure all orders are packaged in an appropriate manner and to set quality and compliance standards.
  • To ensure orders are dispatched with correct parts and quantities and that all product documentation is completed correctly and to compliant standards.
  • To pick all orders, with the use of mobile devices, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, quality and compliance of all customer orders.
  • To provide support in monitoring stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and report any stock discrepancies.
  • Proactively raise any noted quality defects and inaccuracies to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • To ensure that all stock is stored in an appropriate condition especially with regards to the integrity of sterile parts and electromagnetic sensitivities.
  • Be an active team member to support the general upkeep and tidiness of the warehouse.
  • Engage and participate in health and safety and continuous improvement schemes.
