Job description

As aReservations Agentyou will provide an exceptional guest service experience dealing with requests and queries in a professional and efficient manner. You will be responsible for taking and managing reservations via email, telephone and other method of communication. You will be an excellent communicator, with an eye for details, and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests. The role also involvesdealing with room and dining requests and queries.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Previous experience within Front Office or Reservations in a 4* or 5* establishmentis essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Ability to work on own initiative is essential
• Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred
