Work the vast and extremely lucrative American Life Science & Pharmaceutical market and collaborate with our New York City and North Carolina offices, whilst benefiting from a much more convenient commute to our Global HQ in Crawley. The UKUS team boasts multiple global top billers and regularly maintains the highest billing figures across the globe.

The US function offers unique flexibility in working hours, giving you mornings free to spend how you like, before starting work at 12:00pm and finishing at 21:00pm (18:30pm on a Friday).

Expectations:

• Sales/ Customer Service experience OR a Degree
• Confidence to adapt to a particularly high-caliber industry
• Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
• Strong negotiation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Sourcing niche, high-caliber candidates for vacancies across the Life Sciences sector
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
• Managing the full 360 Recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
