Legal Advisory Team Manager

About The Role

RAC have an exciting new position for a Legal Advisory Team Manager who will be based in our iconic Bradley Stoke office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of qualified telephone Legal Advisors. Ensuring that all team members are working towards common goals and objectives. This role involves managing team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and driving continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid working role with the opportunity to agree working hours between 08:00-20:00 Mon- Fri.

Operational Performance

• Create a positive working environment to enhance operational performance by providing clear guidance, support and motivation through effective communication.
• Work with the Quality Assurance Manager/s to identify training and development needs for team members and drive performance through regular training, coaching and 121s.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively take steps to improve productivity and ensuing high quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels within the team and with other departments.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support the department recruitment needs by collaborating with other managers and our internal resourcing team.
• Lead by example by demonstrating our HERO behaviours at all times.

You will need...

To be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and have evidence of 2 years or more of leading a successful team in a customer facing environment. Ideally in call centre within the Legal or Insurance sector.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

To be able to demonstrate your ability to flex your style to encourage the best results from the team whilst working in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
