?? Join Our Team as a Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant! ??

Are you a driven, motivated individual ready for an exciting career opportunity? No prior recruitment experience needed weve got an amazing training plan to help you succeed! ??

?? Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 / 07:30-16:30 (rotating shifts)
?? Location: Office-based (must be able to drive ??)
?? Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Job:

?? No recruitment experience needed!
?? Must be fluent in English ??
?? Immediate interviews available ??
?? Manage and build relationships with our client base ??
?? Develop your own new business, focusing on quality over quantity ??
?? Regular client visits to generate business and maintain strong relationships ??

Key attributes?

? Previous recruitment experience is great, but not essential
? You love building relationships and providing great customer service
? Ready to develop new business with a passion for quality
? Organized with strong communication skills
? IT-literate ??
? Must hold a valid driving license ??
