• Monday to Friday - 9am -5pm

Salary:

• £11.44 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients and partners via telephone and email.
• Maintain and update logistics databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Proficient in using PCs and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is highly desirable.
