Wellbeing Store Supervisor

Store Supervisor, West London - £29k plus excellent commission opportunities

My client, leaders in luxury wellbeing, are recruiting for a Store Supervisor to work within one of their brand new stand alone wellbeing retail store.

You need to have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team, so that you can create an exceptional, inviting customer retail experience within your store. You will support your Store Manager with all aspects of day to day running, from team management and coaching to housekeeping, sales and service. You should be comfortable in a leadership role and have a desire to develop within the luxury retail sector.

You will need to be able to be flexible to work in a 7 day a week operation and work a variety of shifts depending on business needs.

Key objectives & Responsibilities

• Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone store

• Drive forward sales and company objectives

• Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports

• Take full ownership of store and team in Store Managers absence

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive

• Always provide the highest standard of Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing

• Work on initiative and be super proactive

• Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks

• Always maintain company standards

• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld

• Organise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businesses

• Ongoing coaching of existing and newly recruited team members

• Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken

• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store Manager

Salary:

£29k with excellent commission opportunities and company benefits
