Store Manager- Saint-Honoré – Paris - Luxury Beauty Brand

Mode Search is supporting a luxury Italian skincare and fragrance beauty brand in their search for a store manager to oversee one of their prestigious locations on Rue Saint-Honoré, Paris.

Recognised as one of the world’s oldest apothecaries, steeped within its history dating back to the 1200s, this brand has maintained its traditions of obtaining high-quality natural ingredients for medicines, ointments and balms.

Reporting to the Retail Coordinator, the successful candidate will be expected to lead, develop and support the sales, operations and security team to meet and exceed sales plans and elevate the in-store experience.

This role requires a manager with strong people management skills and extensive luxury clientelling and boutique experience. It is the perfect opportunity for the next step within the luxury retail sector.

The Role

• Deepen the relationship with clients to achieve sales succession.
• Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
• Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and managing client relationships personally
• Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering memorable moments.
• Act as Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony and ensuring the brand's client experience expectations are being delivered at all times. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
• Take action on performance and client feedback to improve customer service.
• Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
• Manage efficient back-of-house and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
• Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
• Hire and develop talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service & selling organization.

Requirements

• Rights to work in France
• Fluent in French
• Minimum 3 years experience within the luxury retail industry in a management position
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, holidays and ad hoc travel
