Our client is looking to recruit a Multi Trader - Damp & Mould.

As a Multi-Trades Person, you will be a key member of their maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to damp and mould and various other general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of their customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of their housing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean affected surfaces within customers homes.
• Treat damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
• Carrying out minor repair works.
• Applying plaster to walls and ceilings and conducting repairs as needed.
• Addressing general maintenance issues, including painting, tiling, and other tasks as required.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working with damp and mould, as well as general maintenance.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols, painting & decorating trade qualification advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Experience working in social housing is desirable
• Valid driver's license.
