Bristol Street Motors Ford Bolton are recruiting! Our Ford Store in Bolton is expanding, and we are looking for our next Vehicle Technician to join our team.

The packages we are offering are dependant upon experience and accreditation however you can expect basic salaries as below:

• Prep Technicians up to £35,000
• Service and Maintenance Technicians up to £36,200

Our aftersales team in Bolton is a very stable team – and 85% of our colleagues on site think it's a great place to work! We are offering a basic salary between £28,000 and £35,000 depending upon skills and experience. This is based on a 40 hour working week Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays paid as overtime.

We are also offering a £1,000 sign on bonus when you join and an additional £1,000 in month 13 of your employment plus company benefits! As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services and handling and storing parts.

In addition you will be required to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As we have numerous opportunities, we would love to talk to you if your experience is from an independent dealer or volume franchise dealer.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
