Leveraged Finance Associate, London, 2-6 PQE

Jameson Legal attended a briefing with our client's Banking team and has subsequently been instructed on a new Leveraged Finance opportunity in the London office. Further to the firm making a recent partner hire, the partners are keen to build out the team, at the 2-6 PQE level.

The international Banking group operates as one entity, acting for banks, government agencies and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative transactions worldwide. The practice is particularly strong in Acquisition finance, acting on all aspects of cross border and domestic Leveraged Acquisition Finance. The team has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers.
