Working for a prestigious and global energy business with head office based in central London. This is a high calibre client who is looking for an exceptional HR Coordinator.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries and provide a first-class service to managers and employees. You will provide a full generalist across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, as well as advising on policies & procedures. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and develop further your HR generalist experience.
This role has huge potential to offer long-term opportunities and development in the HR field.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a CIPD L5 as a minimum or at least working towards thisDegree educated (essential)Around a years' experience of working in an HR generalist capacity
This role is office based 5 days per week.
