Outreach & Student Recruitment Officer

The Outreach and student recruitment officer is responsible for the planning and execution of the college's outreach plans and activities in Lambeth and surrounding boroughs. The post ensures timely, well-organised, and professional relationships with the College’s feeder schools which increase student recruitment for the learner group: 14 – 18, in-line with the college’s strategic plan growth targets. The post holder will support the delivery of Subject Specific Recruitment activity working with colleagues to design, deliver and evaluate projects.

The role holder will also act as a key point of contact for the LSBU Group of institutions and key feeder schools delivering excellent customer service and developing strong relationships in order to provide accurate information and advice on studying and applying to college and promoting SBC as a destination of choice for Further Education.
