Plumber (Legionella)

The Role

Are you a Plumber with Legionella experience who is looking to significantly increase your earnings through overtime as you cover a regional patch? Some national coverage expected in order to progress the role.

This is an opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management Company with 49 years history as part of their Legionella Management Division.

The work is primarily Legionella PPM and Remedial work working on commercial sites across your region including tank cleaning, bypassing, relining and installations, chlorination services including mains injections, plumbing remedial works such as removal of dead legs, RPZ valve testing, replacement of TMVs.

This is an opportunity for a Plumber with Water Hygiene experience who's looking for progression within a medium sized family company servicing blue-chip clients.

Responsibilities

• By-passing, relining and installation of tanks
• Removal of Dead legs
• Installation of TMVs including failsafes and remedial works
• Servicing of Expansion Vessels and water softeners
• Chlorination of water systems including mains injections
• RPZ valve testing and installations
• Replacement of vented and unvented hot water cylinders
• General commercial plumbing work

The person

• Plumber with Legionella Acop L8 Experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (Level 2 considered)
• Backflow prevention qualification and experience
• An ability to take the lead on site
• An advanced level of problem solving skills
• An ability to follow technical drawings and plans
• An ability to survey sites and quantify materials required
• Driving Licence
• Positive, can do attitude
• Great Customer Service
