About Us:Were dedicated to providing bespoke, innovative solutions and excellent service to our clients. We believe that our Support team is a key part of this. We are looking for a passionate IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team to support our Internet and Data centre customers
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers faults, technical issues and changes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently, providing support 24x7 supporting our customer base

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining site/data security.
  • Meet/Greet customers and guest
  • React to internal and customer alerts
  • Manage and prioritize busy workflows

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service / support role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Networking, WiFi
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen interest in IT/Networking/Engineering
  • Ideally Driving license/car
Hours / Shifts:
The role is 30 hours a week with a 5 on 5 off shift rota.You would do a block of 5 early shifts (7-3) have 5 rest days followed by 5 late shifts (3-10) and then 5 rest days before doing a final block of 5 nights (10-7) and another 5 rest days.
