Job Description

HGV Class 1 container drivers wanted for an immediate start! Start times varying anywhere from 06:00 - 08:00 . Regular ongoing Monday to Friday work in 2024 and beyond - £11.96 with GUARANTEED overtime over 35hrs per week of time plus one third and earning up to double time over 50 hours per week. Drivers needed based in Central Birmingham area for a market leading freight company. No weekends. No handball involved.

We are looking for drivers to commit to 40 to 55 hours per week, with a solid commitment to Monday to Friday.

Information about the HGV Class 1 Delivery Driver role:

- Regular Monday to Friday work
- 40 to 55 hour weeks
- Container work
- Local Midlands based work
- Occasional weekend overtime available
- Based outside the clean air zone
- Regular work throughout 2024 and 2025

HGV Class 1 Container Driver rates of pay & hours:

- Monday to Friday
- Between 06:00 - 08:00
- £11.96 per hour to £23.92 hour
- Minimum 8 hours paid daily, No break deduction

Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:

- Valid CE Licence held for at LEAST 24 months
- 6 months of valid CE driving experience
- Valid CPC & Digi tacho card
- Flexibility to work regular hours
- Commitment to an ongoing role MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- To complete a practical driving assessment
