About the Role:

As an HGV Technician with our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fleet of trailers is maintained to the highest standards. Working in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with all the latest tools and technology, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a wide range of trailers and vehicles. This role offers the chance to work on specialist trailers and keep our fleet running smoothly.

Working Hours

• Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday rota of 1 in 3.

• Flexibility:Potential for varied start and finish times to be accommodated for.

Key Duties:

• Perform major and minor repairs on a range of specialist trailers and HGVs.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance services.

• Collaborate with team members to diagnose and repair vehicle issues.

• Maintain detailed records of all work performed.

• Manage workshop inventory and ensure a clean, safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.

• Strong mechanical and technical skills with a focus on trailer maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and safety.

• Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not essential).
