Acquisition/Estate Manager - Retail Portfolio - West London

My client is an highly regarded retail organisation with a portfolio across High Street and Shopping Centre locations. To support their growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Estates and Acquisitions Manager. Job responsibilities will include:

• Assist with delivering the Groups property strategy for the UK & ROI
• Lead day to day management of lease renewals, regears, disposals, dilapidations and rent reviews, liaising with external consultants where appropriate
• Board Reports
• Landlords negotiations to deliver best terms
• Oversee service charges and business rates on stores

Ideally you will be MRICS and have experience of retail property estate management and acquisitions. You should have excellent negotiation skills and be proficient in MS Office with strong Excel. For further details on this exceptional opportunity, please forward your confidential cv.
