Housing Officer

Are you passionate about helping others and creating lasting, positive change in people's lives? Were looking for a Temporary Housing Officer to join our clients dynamic team and support individuals in finding safe, secure, and comfortable housing.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support and guidance to individuals and families seeking temporary housing.
• Build meaningful relationships with tenants, and service providers.
• Ensure that housing solutions meet the needs of those in challenging circumstances.
• Provide advice on tenancies and ensure that tenants meet their responsibilities.
• Liaise with various other teams including rent arrears and ASB.
