Job Description

SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGER - £40K+30%

  • With a new and innovative B2B magazine just recently launched dedicated to executive-level management in the healthcare sector. Their goal is to provide industry leaders with the latest news, insights and analysis to drive excellence in healthcare management.
  • They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join the team and help them build strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.

THE ROLE
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to attract and secure display advertising in the magazine and website.
  • Research and identify potential sponsors within the healthcare management sector and related industries.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the editorial team to create compelling commercial packages that offer value to sponsors.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE - SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGER
  • Excellent track record of sales success within Sponsorship Sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector is a plus.
