Requirements:

• VA License
• 2 years’ experience
• BLS
• ACLS

• Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)
• All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity

24-bed Telemetry PCU
Specializes in the care of Hospitalist Medicine patients with a focus on renal and a variety of other medical diagnoses. Serves as an alternative unit for GI, Pulmonary, and other surgical/ procedural patients being covered by Hospitalists.
BLS and ACLS required
Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4)All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity
Holiday RTO Requirement:Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year). Please ensure traveler's RTO does not cover more than one of these holidays.
