Job Description

Position Summary


The role involves managing and developing new relationships with customers to launch Athoris, our flag software product for Fleet management. You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities, maintaining a high level of customer service, justifying project priorities, and gaining approval to proceed. This position requires a strong focus on building client trust, facilitating smooth project execution, and driving future business growth.


Job Duties


  • Identify sales opportunities and develop new relationships within the Vehicle Leasing Industry to successfully launch Athoris product.
  • Represent OEC in the market, promoting OEC products to the Vehicle Leasing Industry.
  • Ensure revenue budgets are met by onboarding Leasing Companies and Repairers on the platform as per the budget and strategic goals of Athoris.
  • Monitor progress against the revenue budget and proactively seek alternate financial solutions if there is a shortfall, aligning with the strategic goals of the Fleet division.
  • Prioritize tasks and liaise with other internal teams to ensure customer deadlines, timelines, and financial targets are met.
  • Track any deviations from approved business plans and report them.
  • Collaborate with the various teams and client representatives to improve business processes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistency and standardization of products and services across multiple customer projects.
  • Regularly review customer satisfaction and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales and strategic documentation for the French Market.
  • Ensure high customer service standards and effective business and IT management practices.
  • Prepare process documentation when required.


Experience required


  • Experience in sales and business development roles, ensuring excellent client engagement.
  • Relevant experience in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Solid understanding of project life cycles and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of B2B company operations, including accounting, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving financial results and achieving sales objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
