Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing strategies for our wholesale partners. You will collaborate with sales teams, develop promotional materials, and build strong relationships with wholesale clients, while closely analyzing results to ensure continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for wholesale partners, both e-commerce pure players (Zalando, Amazon, Astratex…) and brick & mortar players.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Create and manage promotional materials for B2B marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Organize and manage trade shows, events, and other B2B activities.
  • Monitor wholesale marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.


Who you are:

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic about joining an entrepreneurial project with an international team.
  • Analytical skills for an ongoing improvement approach.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and relationship management.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
  • Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Bonus: Experience in planning and managing trade shows and other B2B events.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with sales teams.
