Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Cheezee Global. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Sales: Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, acquiring, and onboarding new customers for our crypto P2P trading platform. Leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales transactions.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and guide them in utilizing our platform effectively.
  3. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the cryptocurrency market. Educate clients about the benefits of P2P and help them navigate the intricacies of business.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our P2P trading platform, its features, and functionality. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our platform to potential clients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
  5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales management team, contributing to data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial or technology industry. Experience in blockchain-related sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for blockchain technology, and peer-to-peer platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
