By combining the power of Carrefour Links' in-store and e-commerce assets and traffic with Publicis CitrusAd by Epsilon onsite and offsite retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in-store and digital channels.


Job Description :

As a Client Sales manager, you will drive growth by securing relationships with new advertising partners. You are fearless and passionate about our mission to help brands and agencies succeed by connecting them with some of the strongest names in the online retail industry. You have top-notch industry knowledge and sales instincts.

This role is centered on supporting brands and throughout the pre- and post-sales process for media partnerships. This includes managing a book of business, process efficiency development and operational management. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day to day client communication, a strategic mindset to develop media recommendations and deliver on retailer and brand goals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and cultivate supplier/brand relationships by consulting with advertisers and agencies on their key goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate year over year brand performance and revenue growth.


Sales Support & Media Strategy Development

  • Develop media plan recommendations.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy with CRM data input and campaign setup including but not limited to paperwork.
  • Understand performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident feedback to the suppliers/brands/agencies.


Campaign Execution Operations

  • Handle campaign setup within multiple Ad Serving tool(s) and/or communication to Campaign Manager, oversee campaign implementation and ensure trafficking accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, if necessary, provide campaign optimization recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Fluent in English, native/fluent in French.
  • Proven experience as a successful sales professional in the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including programmatic, display, mobile, video and social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a strategic and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage the sales process.
