Interim Senior ER Manager - fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or KoreanLondon Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Based in the UK but covering APAC, you will act as an ER and change lead and serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, severance, the redundancy and consultation process, and HR policies and practices.
What you'll need to succeed
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean you will be able to demonstrate background of working in HR/ER roles where you will have supported both the UK and Asia Pac on a range of ER and change activities. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month duration working from the West London office for 3 days per week in a hybrid manner.
