Are you passionate about luxury fashion and excited by the opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative startup? Luxe Dressing, a leading second-hand luxury platform, is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team. We require at least 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce logistics or other operations role at a tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design & Mapping: Work with our team to design, document, and continuously improve the processes for onboarding and listing second-hand luxury products. From the moment a seller sends us an item to the point it goes live on our platform, you’ll ensure every step is mapped out efficiently.

• Pricing Support: Assist in determining appropriate price ranges for luxury goods and collaborate with our tech team to develop a pricing engine that will optimize product valuation for our sellers and buyers.

• Data Collection for AI Authentication: Collaborate with management to gather and organize brand-specific data that will feed into our AI models, supporting more accurate luxury product authentication and ensuring that our listings meet the highest standards of trust.

• Product Onboarding & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products move seamlessly through the onboarding funnel, including pricing, offer negotiation, quality control, photography, and listing. You will work with the team to guarantee that all product listings are complete with detailed descriptions and images, and are presented perfectly to customers.

• Efficiency Tracking & Reporting: Develop reports to monitor the performance of the onboarding process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You’ll be expected to think proactively and recommend tech-driven solutions to scale and enhance our operations.

• Operational Improvements & Scaling: Work closely with various departments to ensure that the product listing processes are scalable and can keep up with growing demand. This may involve creating new systems, refining workflows, or introducing automation to optimize efficiency.
