The University of Strathclyde seeks to appoint a Hospitality Supervisor to be part of the Hospitality management team who lead the Hospitality section of the Catering department. You will be responsible for the day to day direction of food and beverage staff within an assigned area of responsibility, ensuring agreed service standards are adhered to and a safe, clean and tidy environment is maintained.
Proactive, positive and hard-working with good attention to detail, you will be a team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring your team do the same.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the higher education or hospitality/events industry.
The normal hours for this full time position are 35 per week, predominantly Monday to Friday. However, evenings and weekends will be required to meet business needs.
