For the winter season from December 2024-March 2025, the following exciting position in our team: Concierge (m/f/d) Co-responsible for the smooth running of operations in the Lodge area, including the coordination of 6 to 8 porters/chauffeurs Organisation and execution of internal and external orders on behalf of the guests (transfers, table reservations in various restaurants, recommendations and organisation of leisure activities) Contact person for questions, concerns and problems of hotel guests, VIPs, regular guests and the owners of our residences Responsible for post and fire alarms Sale of hotel services and fulfilment of any special requests Processing enquiries via "Alliants - guest messaging" Compliance with hotel-specific quality standards and the AMS (Alpina Management System) quality management system Varied, modern, international working environment Modern remuneration and working time recording Internal and external training opportunities Accommodation is provided in the region during the probationary period (3 months) Alpina Benefit System with attractive employee benefits for outstanding performance Gold-certified by EarthCheck for a holistic, sustainable approach
