Service Advisor - 4 DAY WORK WEEK

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Ascot dealership!

We are offering an OTE in excess of £40,000 plus excellent company benefits across 4 days per week! As a Service Advisor you will work 4 week days with a set day off during the week and 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-2pm).

Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the After sales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.

You'll be advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

It is essential that you have experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade to be successful.

Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
