Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a rapidly growing leader in agricultural technology.

Our team of four is expanding, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join us on this exciting journey. As a Sales and Operations Support Coordinator, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of the business, from product sales to machine servicing and much more.

With ambitious growth targets, the experience gained in this position will provide valuable insights and put you in a strong position for future opportunities in full-time roles, including Sales, Operations, or Service Technician positions.

The Role

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is an integral part of the UK Sales & Operations Team. The primary objective of the role is to provide essential support to the team in supplying products to the UK market while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Order Management: Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with customers regarding their orders.

Customer Quotes: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to customers as needed.

Field Day and Show Support: Assist in organising and supporting field day events and shows.

Lead Management: Upload and track leads generated during shows and events.

Final Payment Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the collection of final payments.

Phone Management: Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries.

Order Creation: Create and process customer orders as required.

Product Assembly and Dispatch: Assemble products and organise dispatch as necessary.

Small Goods Dispatch: Handle the dispatch of smaller goods as required.

Freight Bookings: Assist with organising freight bookings.

Service Case Management: Create service cases as needed to resolve customer issues.

Intercompany Orders: Assist with creating and receipting intercompany purchase orders for machines and parts.

Team Travel Coordination: Support and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales and operations teams.

This position will suit a highly organised individual who is capable to provide operational support to the organisation. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work towards deadlines and prioritise your own workload to meet business objectives.
