Job Description

Contract Scotland is looking for a Construction Design and Management Advisor to join our client's team in Falkirk.

In this position, you will be working in a small Health and Safety Consultancy within the building/construction industry. The position is office-based and will be 40 hours per week (8 am till 4.30 pm).

Qualifications and Skills:


  • NEBOSH Construction
  • Proven CDM experience
  • UK Drivers Licence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects and a comprehensive understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.

You will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all construction projects
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients, designers, and contractors
  • you will be responsible for the preparation of pre-construction and Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans
  • You will be involved in preparing and updating F10’s on the HSE’s website for customers
  • You will also prepare and update health and safety plans and health and safety policies for customers.
