Randstad are recruiting for Welders to come and work for an industry leader in manfucaturing based in Northampton (NN4 8HJ).
This is a permanent position paying a starting salary of £29,600 per annum with a clear progression path within the business.
The candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (38 hours per week).
The Role
As a member of the Weld department team, working on the (Apply online only) shift (38 hours/week) Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for tacking and welding metal components as per drawing, checking quality of parts before and after process of welding. Measuring parts before and after weld against drawing, griding and fettling product using air and electric hand tools.
The ideal candidate will be required to pass a Bearward standard welding test.
On commencement of employment you will be trained to the BS EN ISO 5817 welding standard.
