Norwich, Norfolk, UK, On-Site Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Programme Manager on behalf of a Leading Audio-Visual company in Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Programme Manager to progress their career with a growing business who supply to a range of sectors including corporate, education and retail.
Previous experience working as a Programme Manager in a commercial environment and experience in managing a team are both essential qualities for this role.
In this role you will be expected to manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing the quality of their work and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and in line with clients expectations. The business is growing and taking on new work regularly so multi-tasking and strong time management abilities are key.
Additionally, you must be prepared to represent the department to the wider business, outlining objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading the project management team
* Monitoring and responsibility over programme budget
* Monitoring and communicating the programme/project roadmap
* Ensuring governance policies and procedures are adhered to
* Demonstrate key understanding of profit and loss
* Adhere to KPI’s set by the business
* Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to drive projects
