The Role:
* Perform Planned, Preventative, and Reactive Maintenance across the site
* Ensure continuous and safe operation of plant equipment
* Conduct root cause analysis for machinery failures
* Improve equipment uptime and prevent future breakdowns
* Manage and maintain PPM schedules
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations
* Maintain accurate reports and inventory records
* Implement best practices within the maintenance department
* Coordinate contractor call-outs
Skills Required:
* Multi-Skilled Time Served Engineer
* Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong technical competence
* Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions without direct supervision
* Strong understanding of maintenance best practices
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated with a passion for innovation
