Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple project teams, ensuring projects meet specification, quality, and budget targets.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic business objectives.
Develop and implement project plans that prioritise business outcomes.
Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and design objectives.
Foster effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Construction Management, preferably in Power Utilities or regulated industries such as Water, Gas, Communications, or Transport.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A proactive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
