Are you a skilled Scrub Practitioner looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Central London, is seeking a dedicated Scrub Practitioner to join their Day Surgery department. As a Scrub Practitioner, you'll be accountable for:

  • Supporting the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
  • Delivering the highest standards of care and services.
  • Performing scrub duties according to policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking mandatory surgical checks before, during, and after procedures.
  • Preparing and coordinating surgical equipment, drugs, and consumables.
  • Acting in the circulating role and promoting a patient-focused approach to care.

To be considered for the Scrub Practitioner role, you should have:

  • Registration as a Nurse or qualified Practitioner (NMC or HCPC).
  • Proven experience in an operating theatre environment, particularly in scrub procedures across a range of specialties
  • Robotics experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
