Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level application support for a variety of software systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with development teams to identify and fix defects.
- Manage and prioritise incidents and service requests, maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in ongoing projects, contributing to software upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Utilise Software Development and Defect Management Systems, such as Jira or Azure DevOps, to track and manage development tasks.
What Were Looking For:
- Good understanding of development languages, such as Java, .Net, C#.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for working in the non-profit sector and contributing to meaningful social change.
