Job Description

Accounts Manager required for a new part time permanent opportunity working for a small but well established charitable organisation based in Birmingham with a view to start immediately. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounting function for this organisation reporting directly into the CEO whilst managing a more junior member of the team. Your duties will include managing all the transactional processing (purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, petty cash, expenses), running a small payroll and preparing a full set of management accounts working closely with the external accountants.

My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager/Bookkeeper who can join the business and make this role their own as you will have complete autonomy over the finance department. This is a part time role working 15 hours per week and my client is very flexible around how these hours are worked across the week.
