Housing Support Assistant

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Property Assistant based in the Oxford area.

This role is 12 hours per week.

This will be delivered over 2/3 days- flexible on the days and times

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay Rate- £14.26ph PAYE- £16.58phUMB

The main role is to provide support with the day to say running of the service. There will also be regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

The main focus on the role is property and maintenance support- fire alarm checks, reporting repairs etc alongside daily admin and welfare checks with residents.

Role Summary:

* 12 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)

* Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

* Based in Oxford

Duties include:

* Reporting any maintenance requirements.

* Health and safety checks

Enhanced DBS would be required for this position.
