The Fire Risk Assessor Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and handle projects independently. You will conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments on a variety of projects, including private blocks, offices, retail spaces, and high-rise buildings. With a recently secured contract in the North London area, your regional presence will be key to assisting with these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage and carry out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
Handle a diverse range of projects, including private blocks, offices, retail, and high-rise buildings
Identify and provide solutions to fire safety-related problems
Prepare relevant documents, policies, and procedures
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholdersRequirements:
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in fire risk assessment
Experience in conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary)
Preferably experienced in retail and commercial sectors
Strong problem-solving skills related to fire safety
Ability to prepare and manage documents, policies, and procedures
Interest in career progression within the risk assessment industryWhat's on Offer:
