Care Team Leader - Chester and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum + Benefits

Your Role Includes:
Welcoming new service users and ensuring their care needs are met with personalized assessments.
Performing regular client reviews and risk assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
Serving as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication with the office team.
Mentoring and supervising field staff, conducting spot checks to ensure top-tier care delivery.
Maintaining and upholding the company’s high standards and values.
What You Bring:
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
At least 2 years of experience in health and social care.
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
A proactive approach and passion for improving care quality.
IT literacy and a willingness to contribute to on-call and backup services.
