Appointment Setter
Doncaster
Part-Time ( 3 Days a week )
Do you have experience in Telesales or Customer Service?
Do you have good knowledge of different CRM and computer systems?
Benefits Package
* 3 Days a week between Monday – Friday
* 9:00am – 15:00pm
* £12.50ph
* Free on-site parking
As an Appointment Setter, you will be required to
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
* Answering any questions customers may have
* Ask the right questions to understand the customer's requirements and needs
* Entering and updating spreadsheets with information
* Take process orders
* Make bookings for the sales team to go out and meet with customers
Experience / Skillset required for this role
* Previous experience in a telesales role or customer service role.
* Good knowledge of different computer systems including CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilient and able to objection handle
