Are you an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking a new role as the design Lead on a major project? This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of leading Tier 1 main contractors in the UK, working on the delivery of a £170m commercial project in West London.
About the role of Senior Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design Lead on a major project in a sought-after area of West London. The role will be site based managing the delivery of the project while overseeing an internal design team of 1-2. The scheme consists of CAT A fit out, newbuild elements, refurbishment works and commercial office, retail and leisure facilities.
Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role
Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
Experience working on Commercial projects
