Recruitment Account Manager

Winner Recruitment a leading national recruitment agency are recruiting for an Account Manager to support our clients in our Driving Division.

Winner are on the way up & with a state of the art new branch in the heart of Rugby Town Centre we are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional to take over the day to day management of our large volume client.

Winner Driving have 2 parts of our division

Driving Recruitment

Transport Division where have our own trucks

Winner driving have grown from strength to strength with a GP of over £1m in Q1 2024

• You will be working with an established team with a track record of success which will provide a great support network
• You will be working 0800 – 1600 Monday – Friday with some oncall at evenings & Weekends
• You will be comfortable with legal requirements of working in the UK & the logistics industry.
• You will want progression (90% of our managers are promoted within)
• You understand what good customer service looks like
