Digital Product Manager | Central London/ Hybrid |Consumer brand | £50-60k
As the Digital Product Manager, you will join the team in a pivotal role - you will play a key role in the evolution of the company website platform to deliver world class online customer experience and accelerate digital growth.
As the Digital Product Manager, you will:
Work closely with the Digital team to define and deliver projects that will support the digital strategy and vision to grow digital sales
Drive the development and delivery of key business projects to improve the ecommerce website proposition including a potential eCommerce replatform, new mobile capability including mobile apps
Develop new digital products and services to deliver our digital strategy such as subscription services and bulk ordering
Manage the development budget for the website for improvements in conjunction with the digital team
Project Manage the replatforming of the website to a new ecommerce platform
Manage the improvements and strategy around subscription selling and pre-order capabilities
Undertake regular benchmarks of the company's proposition against key competitors and define the key capability gaps to organise the next projects in order to become World ClassKey experience needed:
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practice
Great knowledge of mobile best practices
Product management qualifications would be an advantage
Good technical understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated technologies
Strong end to end product management skills
Strong drive for results - ability to get things done independently with minimum direction
Experience working for a multi-category general merchandise retailer is preferred
Several years' experience in a similar product management role with a retailer
Experience working on a major eCommerce replatform projectThis is an exciting opportunity as the brand embarks on a major investment programme in its eCommerce capability including a replatform project. This person will need to be able to manage a roadmap of projects to drive short term business improvements while also managing larger longer-term projects such as the eCommerce replatform.
