• Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary contact for transport and delivery queries, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Oversee company vehicle and license checks, maintaining all records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and collections, ensuring timely schedules.
  • Ensure all company vehicles comply with legal standards and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage and update departmental databases and vehicle tracking systems.
  • Assist with driver issues and provide solutions to minimize delivery delays.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Handle transport and office administration tasks.

General Duties:

• Health & Safety:Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and comply with regulations.
• Quality Assurance:Follow procedures, report issues, and assist with corrective actions.

• Communication:Maintain clear, non-discriminatory communication with team and supervisors.
