Agricultural Area Sales Manager (Case IH Machinery)

Here at Contract Personnel, we are recruiting a successful and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our agricultural-based client. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of either sales, parts knowledge or servicing knowledge of Case IH machinery, as well as all associated equipment and large range of implements.
Purpose of the Role
Within the role, you will be reporting directly to the Branch and sales Managers, with the full responsibility of selling all Case IH machinery and related products.
Requirements/Experience
- Strong knowledge of the Agricultural industry, alongside a range of products
- Previous successful experience in sales, servicing or parts experience
- Strong customer service knowledge, both in person and over the phone
- Able to work to KPI's and exceed targets
- Strong upselling ability
- Working under own initiative
- Influential and persuasive mentality
- Ability to close deals successfully
- Provide equipment demonstration to potential customers
- Administration level of organisation
- Full UK driving licence
Additional Information
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours weekly. 08:00am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch (unpaid)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Competitive DOE, plus guaranteed pay, commission
