Job Description

An excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Engineer looking to work for a global company where you will undergo specialist training and development, whilst progressing to a senior role.

Have you got a level 3 or above in any engineering discipline? Have you got experience in managing projects? Are you looking to progress to a senior role?

This award-winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. They have exciting expansion plans in place where they are looking to make the factory fully automated. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Reliability Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will monitor equipment downtime, driving continuous improvement and reliability projects and gather analysis for equipment efficiency. You will also maintain a high level of reliability through an effective planned maintenance regime.

This role would ideally suit a Reliability Engineer looking to join a global leading company, where you will receive excellent training and development, whilst progressing to a senior role.

The Role:

Reliability andcontinuous improvement projects
Maintain high level of reliability through planned maintenance
Involved with projects from initial through completion
£30,000 - £37,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must have a level 3 of above in any engineering discipline
Is hungry for a long-term career
Live local to Brackley
