Estates and Legal Advisor

Are you an experienced Estates and Legal Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity to join our client, a dynamic company based in Chesterfield? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our clients experienced tax and legally qualified advisors in safeguarding assets for the long term and structuring wills and trusts tax efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Estate projects, assisting in the legal drafting of Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documentation
• Support senior colleagues on a variety of complex Estate matters
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining high attention to detail
• Effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
• Lead in developing junior members of the team
• Manage projects from start to finish

About You:

• Experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential
• STEP qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational and influencing skills
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
